Online ticket office isse?

Just bought tickets for my boy and I for the home leg of the Astra tie.
My son and I are both on the ST waiting list and are also Claret members so I logged in, selected 2 seats together, reassigned one to his membership number and tried to complete the purchase but got an error message stating I was trying to buy too many tickets.
In the end I bought a ticket for myself, logged out, then logged in under my son's membership number and bought a ticket for him. Unfortunately I had to settle for seats that were not together (but only a few seats apart) as only one of the original pair I'd chosen was still available.
Has anyone else come across this issue? I'm sure the system's supposed to work by letting you assign tickets to others in your network? Otherwise it's a right pain in the arse if you can only buy one ticket at a time...
Just a glitch in the system or what?

I've had an email exchange with them today, about how to upgrade an under 16 / Youth Concession ST to a full adult for the Bournemouth game.
You can't do that on-line and the end result is.
"You can do this on the day , or you can call 0871 529 1966 (Option 3)"
So much for "Our fantastic new ticket transfer system allows you to transfer your matchday ticket to a family member or friend".

SP - Looks like the system wasn't recognising the correct privileges to enable multiple tickets to be bought in one transaction.
Others have posted that it seems to be fixed now?

I had exactly the same issue - trying to boom two Claret Members on one transaction so that are seated together.
Also, had to do the same and book each seat under a different login/transaction.
Club pocket two booking charges! Sort it out Brady!

Logo - it's one per membership usually, not sure if changed. If you don't have membership you would be considered gen sale

Looks like it was a glitch first thing this morning then.
I logged in at about 6:30 this morning and noticed the availability indicator had changed from ST only to ST and M but obviously members couldn't actually buy tickets until 9 am.

Probably a silly question but can I buy a tickets today with both my Season ticket access and my dads membership?
We want to sit together so I don't need my standard season ticket seat, looking to sit in a different part of the ground together.
Not having much luck, am I supposed to reallocate my season ticket seat first or something?

I think they've finally rebooted the site, and sorted the problems
Manage to finally add 5 tickets to 5 memberships and check out
2 hrs 20mins after logging in

rubbish yet again
5 memberships 2 adults 1 oap and 2 kids, 5 tickets in basket allocated to those memberships and cant checkout
can only checkout with just 1 ticket in basket
absolutely appalling yet again

I had the same problem and done the same as you but luckily got my seats next to each other. Definitely not a user error the problem is at their end.
